In the grand scheme of health care, a small company in the state of Colorado, privately owned and operated may seem insignificant and inadequately prepared to lead the industry in personal home health care delivery. Not so. The creation of Colorado Health Connections is the result of a dream and passion for Robyn Edge, R.N. and is living proof of the desire to ensure that the patient comes first.
Robyn was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and has dedicated her adult years to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of her patients. She obtained her nursing degree at FCCJ and has, during her twenty-seven years of delivering care, represented both large and small health care companies, lending her expertise and focus in the areas of hands on patient care, clinical personnel training and management, agency operations and administration.
She provides insight and foresight into the specialized needs of the individual patient, health care trends, compelling employee relationships, and physician/hospital communication.
The creation of Colorado Health Connections presents the opportunity for Robyn to personally and specifically respond to the need for intervention and integration in the delivery of health care to ensure independence and autonomy for patients throughout our communities.
Robyn receives genuine and tenacious support from her husband Rick and family members both local and out of state. She is an active member in her church and serves on the Governing Board. Her personal interests include camping, reading and horseback riding with three horses, two miniature donkeys and two dogs that keep her active and very much entertained!
